Wholesale Customers

Wholesale pricing displayed to approved wholesale account holders is exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST will be applied and shown separately on invoices in accordance with Australian taxation requirements.

Approved wholesale customers may be eligible for account trading terms and invoicing arrangements as agreed in writing with Acton Sales Australia.

Failure to pay invoices within agreed trading terms may result in suspension of account privileges and future order processing.

 

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Retail Orders

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.

Wholesale Orders

Approved wholesale customers may be eligible for free freight or other shipping arrangements in accordance with our Wholesale Freight Policy. Freight policies may be updated from time to time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• Once your order is received, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days.
• Orders are generally shipped via Australia Post or other nominated carriers. Tracking information will be provided where available.
• During public holidays, promotional events or peak trading periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
• Delivery timeframes provided by carriers are estimates only. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by the carrier are outside our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

8. REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods are faulty, not as described, or fail to meet consumer guarantees.

• Returns must be received within 7 days in original, unopened condition for a full refund.
• If an item has been used, a restocking fee may apply unless a manufacturing fault is found.
• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense unless the product is faulty.

For replacement part requests relating to Escapewelt, Cartonic, Mozabrick or other brands distributed by Acton Sales Australia, please contact us at admin@actonsales.com.au.

To assist with your request, please provide:

• Shipping address
• Product/model name and model number
• Required part number(s) where applicable
